1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ploxzi ("Service"), operated by Ploxzi ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ploxzi is a SaaS scheduling and appointment management platform designed for solo beauty and wellness professionals in the United States, including nail technicians, hair stylists, and estheticians. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Subscription and Payment

Ploxzi offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled. Payment is processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. All transactions are subject to Paddle's terms and conditions.

By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy.

4. Free Trial

New users may access a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting harmful content, violating applicable laws, or using the Service for any purpose other than its intended use.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@ploxzi.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ploxzi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
