Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Ploxzi subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of your payment:

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the period ends. Cancellation after 30 days does not qualify for a refund of the current billing period.

4. Free Trial

No payment is taken during the 14-day free trial. You will only be charged when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan. The 30-day refund guarantee applies from the date of your first paid charge.

5. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the Service or a billing issue, please contact us first:

  • We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 business days
  • Resolution target: within 7 business days

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to Paddle (our Merchant of Record) via their buyer support at paddle.com/legal/buyers. For US-based consumers, disputes may also be escalated to the appropriate consumer protection agency or trade ombudsman service in your state.

6. Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
